Rules & Regulations:

All the students should pay monthly/ quarterly /semester fees at the beginning of the month/quarter or semester.

Non- refundable registration fee is payable at every level. After the first registration fee paid at the time of admission, next registration fee is payable when student complete one level by passing the exam and moves to next level.

Fees are not adjusted for stuent’s absenty

Fees are not adjusted for stuent’s absenty. If the class remains closed, the fees will not be charged for that particular class. But if student remains absent on her own, we are not responsible for a makeup. In case of student’s absence caused due to sickness, we will try our best to offer double lessons during the next class & help her to catch up with the other group.

Every student & parent will maintain discipline and show respect towards the Guru or teachers

Everybody entering the class room will remove the shoes outside the class and then enter the class room area.

While in the class, students should be dressed in Salwar-Kameez and Dupatta properly draped and their hair should be neatly tied back. In case of short hair, students should wear a hair band.

Parents who are present during the class should maintain silence and not disturb the class by talking to each other or over the cell phones. Parents are allowed to sit in the class only upto first two levels. Parents are allowed to sit in the class only if they intend to help the student in terms of taking notes and helping her to practice better at home.

If academy is presenting the annual show or any other program for other cultural organizations, dance costumes will be provided to the students for a rent. Students should pay the rent prior to collecting the costumes. If any damage is caused to the costumes, students will be liable to pay the damages.

The academy /teacher is not responsible for any physical injury or hurt caused to the students during the process of learning dance or while being in the class. Or on the premise of the class.

The academy/Guru has right to discontinue the training to any student who fails to abide by the rules.

If extra classes are conducted for preparation of program or competition or exam, there will be extra fees charged for each extra class offered.
